Explore the green side of Skyros, full of pine trees and amazing beaches.
Begin your adventure from your hotel with a comfortable air-conditioned ride and our
experienced guide.
Along the way we make our first stop, around 30 minutes, at the archaeological site of Palamari, a prehistoric settlement, one of the oldest found in Greece.
We then head to the beach of Kira Panagia, for a swim, a drink and lunch.
The tour continues to the northwest village of Skyros, Atsitsa. Enjoy the amazing view and
impressive remains of an old mine. From here also you can admire the sunset.
A small stop at Agios Fokas beach, a very scenic and peaceful small bay surrounded by
pine trees.
Next, enjoy the most amazing of Skyros from Agios Panteleiomonas. From here you can
appreciate the most spectacular views to most of the island.
We then head to Pefkos bay. Find yourself surrounded by a dense pine tree forest and taste
the peacefulness of Pefkos sandy beach.
We then find ourselves to the small port of Skyros, Linaria. A picturesque small village.
A stop of around 45 minutes for a walk, a drink or a snack.
Next, is Kalamitsa bay, a peaceful impressive bay, always protected from most of the winds and a chance to visit the most South settlement of Nyfi and the famous spring of the
area, together with a visit to Ari Plateau. A chance to watch the free and wild Skyrian horses.
After we visit Mouries farm for around 30 minutes. Here you can have a close look to the
famous Skyrian horse. The small horse breed which is unique to the world and the most of
population is found on Skyros.
Later, along the way we make a small at stop at Achilli bay, the place who took the name of
the famous mythological figure of Achilleas, before returning to the hotel.
